This floor jack is for sale, not sure if the floor jack can be rebuilt and save. Not sure of the manufacture and model number. The seller wants $60.
The seller said the name tag might read as "American Chain Company" and "10704 B". "5214" is on the cylinder.

Can this floor jack be saved or is it worth being saved?

I'd check rebuild kit (seal) availability first before purchase. Member Hiball is the resident jack expert.

The jack is a MANLEY as the American Chain Co was the manufacturer of Manley jacks. But you may want to find out if it is missing a threaded collar to adjust the packing, like the one shown in the picture below, as the pump in your post may be missing it (because of the angle of the picture I am not sure if the collar is there or not, maybe it is?). The outer tube in this case is a cylinder and it moves forward instead of having a ram that moves out as other jacks have. So it has a packing that seals against the inner tube shown in the picture below and the collar adjust it so it does not leaks. HCRCNOW sells some Manley repair kits.

It definitely shares some features with the Older Manley jacks (Handle is a Dead Giveaway) If you can get ahold of Member OldJacks he might be able to cross reference the Model # over to a Manley Number. I would definitely tear into the Jack and Inspect things prior to forking the Cash over for a Seal Kit, Everything can be "Saved", It just depends on how much time and Money you want to invest.

Good Luck and Take lots of Pictures during your journey.
