I have a 2 ton snap on (Lincoln/Walker) and. A4 ton Sears Gray long chassis version (mid 80s maybe, I'm pretty sure this one was made in Japan as I remember) the snap on one bleeds down as I try to pump, and the gray one just doesn't seem to have the lift it used to, I did check fluid, it's full/ as they are now they're just in the way, I just got a 2-1/4 (?) ton Norco in cleaning out dads garage, plus I have a 9000lb 2 post lift besides. I don't just want to toss these other 2 if I can help it. I did scrap a '73 era Sears 1-1/2 ton (made by Blackhawk back then, I remember when Dad got that one brand new) earlier this year that wouldn't pump up for not knowing where to even look for parts ..
I had gotten the 4 ton long chassis off of CL years ago when a family friend had an excursion he brought to me any time it needed work. The excursion is long gone/ I know that "gray" is a company that makes lifting equipment but even though that one is that color (everything Sears sold in that time frame was painted that color). But the gray one wasn't made by Gray Inc.

Find someone who wants them if you don't want or need to rebuild them. I have a 2 ton Snappy and it was super easy to rebuild, but I needed a better floor jack than I had at the time.

I would repair the Walker/Lincoln I have three and they are my favorite as they roll great and are very stable being low and wide. I work with a lift every day but still need a jack like the Walker a lot. Kits are available from the company lists on the page here I'm sure it will be posted. It's too late now but they would have had a kit for the Blackhawk you scrapped

I don't know of any place I can get parts. Or what part(s) Id need to replace for the issue i'm having with the snap on/Walker/Lincoln.
Back right after HS the girlfriend I had at the time, her dad did hydraulic jacks repair out of his garage at the time and I took that black jack to him back then (mid 80s) and he fixed it up good, lasted about another 20 years. It's sat in a corner for about 15 years not working before we cleaned out dads garage and I wound up scrapping it ..

You want them enough to work on them, go for it. If not, they're easy to give away to those who understand there's not really very much inside a floor jack; a few seals and O-rings. Usually the most difficult part is holding the cylinder an unscrewing the big end cap.

The only thing really to go wrong is the seals leak and they don't build pressure.

Can get seal kits easy online if you have the model info.

Even if you don't want them, you could rebuild them for $20 and be able to sell them on Craigslist vs just giving them away for Free.

I didn't know where to get parts either. Mine is a Ya642 so I did a google search on Snap On Ya642 rebuild kit or something along those lines. There's lots of sources online. There's also a good rebuild thread in these forums.

I think thats the same as one of mine Im asking about Hafta look.
I just got another from Dads garage as we cleaned out the place so we can sell the house since Mom's now gone too...
A "Norco" ? I remember Farm and Fleet used to sell those. I know that one has very little use from new. Haven't tried it lately.
I really dont need floor jacks as much as I used to, now that I have a 2 post that I can lift the whole car with...

User Hiball knows about floorjacks. IIRC he gives some parts-links here or elsewhere.
