I have a couple of old floor jacks from my dads garage and don't know if they're worth anything beyond scrap value, He ran his own shop from 47 until he retired in 89.Can't find any markings on them and only one has a tag on it and it's illegible. Any help in identifying or placing a value on these would be appreciated Here's the bigger of the two .http://i355.photobucket.com/albums/r461/FriedDonuts/CAM00011_zps6032e36c.jpg http://i355.photobucket.com/albums/r461/FriedDonuts/CAM00012_zps385b93b1.jpg http://i355.photobucket.com/albums/r461/FriedDonuts/CAM00013_zps3cd4da39.jpg

Uhm... :ninja: Do they work properly? Possibly an old walker, but I'm not an old jack expert. There is a member on here by the name of "Hiball" he is the resident jack expert. I'm sure he could tell you all you wanted to know and more about them.

I agree that is a Weaver. One of the best jacks ever made. That can have new seals put in if leaking and last another 50 years. Try that with most jacks being made today. Weaver is still in business and uses that same design. Good Stuff!!

I have this jack and I don't remember where the pic came from but they have web site where they sell parts and have a great historical section. If you search on here a bit you can find the other threads where I believe HiBall gave me the info. I haven't done anything with mine yet but the wheel covers make this one special. Kits are still available for repair. Nice jack!

I got that model Weaver really used in my early teens around 1973, and used it exclusively until 2000. One heck of a jack. The only downside I remember was it was hard to lug around in the back seat of a VW bug. The memories ...

More info on your Plymouth please, assuming the username is your car. :)

I like those jacks.

Got a 11" 2200 stall converter,3.55:1 gears with 315-60-15 Mickey Thompson e.t street radials. The cast pistons have tolerated 15 lbs. of boost for 4 summers now. I plan to build a proper(470)engine for it eventually. With the 100K+ mile 383 it went 7.65@96 in the 1/8th, and 11.71@121 in the qtr. The 60' time was sad at 1,96 sec. If I had bartered for a better converter it would have been 3 or 4 tenths faster.:)

If anyone wants them, yes they,re for sale. The point of the original post was to find someone who appreciated\needed\wanted them before they were sold by the pound.
