Old Garage Floor Revitalization

Bought a house with a small (18x24) garage. I'm guessing the garage was built in the 50s--house was built in the 20s.

Garage floor is solid, no cracks, decent finish. It's dirty and has some oil stains on it.

Other than good cleaning and etching, if someone wanted to put a finish (epoxy?) on the floor, any major things to keep in mind? Anything work better on old floors than other things?

1. Get a good system. Our DIY kits, Legacy HD kits, etc.
2. Prep. Moisture test.
3. PRIMER
4. PRIMER
5. Use a good top coat.

Prep well, a light grind is always good.
