Old Garage Heater ID

Does anyone here have any idea about this old garage-barn-potato house heater?It is oil fired and we want to get it running to replace the wood stove in my buddy's garage.Insurance Co is forcing removal of wood heat."Waltham Portable Heater Co." Nothing via Google

If the ins. co doesn't like wood stoves, guessing they're not going to be real impressed with that either. Might check before you invest too much time and effort.
