I took some pics of my old service/gas station that I run my used car lot out of. I know everybody loves old gas stations as do I. The garage was VERY cluttered when I took the pics today. It has gotten out of hand lately because I have been focused on finishing my new building that will house my car lot office and service shop. I know many here will say that I should fix up this building and keep using it. I would but I need more room to park my used cars in the front of the lot and the building is in the way. Also it needs a whole new roof, no heat, no insulation, old electrical, etc.. I wish I had pictures of this building before I did a bunch of work to it when I moved in. It had a masonite type sheeting on the front and two sides and the old windows were literally falling out of the rotted casing. The office looked like something out of a horror movie.
My new building is going to have an old Texaco theme on the outside and an old office building on the inside. The old one post lift is still there and will be removed during demolition.

The Conoco Station is in Shamrock TX on I-40 and the Phillips 66 Station is in McLean TX, also on I-40.

How about a pic of the Square Body outside the window?

I see that you have newer vehicles, but a few older ones also. What do you specialize in, hotrods or newer cars?

Here is a pic of the 86 C10 as requested. I am a "buy here, pay here" used car lot, most of my cars are about 10 yrs old and under $5,000. Nothing too exciting. I have sold a few old cars and trucks but I have not had great success with those type of vehicles. I actually took this truck on trade for a 2004 Impala. I just sold the C10 a few minutes ago.

I have admired this vintage gas station for several years. Very interesting roof lines and architectural detailing. Recently restored and converted to a dinner.

The second garage is directly across the street from the first. Building has been lightly restored and converted into retail space.

Old Garage In Louisville KY

This is one of my favorites! Not really a service station but it is an awesome old parking garage. It is slated to be torn down because of its poor condition and in the name of progress.

Man, i keep thinking of that parking garage and whata kool place it could be for a car club. You could even rent out the two storefronts for some income!

This service station was in the town where I grew up in Tennessee. My uncle is in the 1947 pic. Traded here growing up in the 60's. Gone now...

What a shame to knock this down.

Oh man, that's nuts. I went to the Street Rod Nationals last year and while my wife and I were walking around Louisville we both fell in love with this building.
