Old German VBW OE Combo wrench

Picked up this wrench today at a flea m., any info would be greatly appreciated--trying to find age on Google. Would love to have a full set of them! Anyone else have em?

i don't really know much about the manufacturer, but seems they used to make a lot of tools for car toolkits etc, i have a few DIN type wrenches that are common in German cars.

However i do have this 13mm combo wrench by them:

might be worth posting on the tools from the old world thread, as im sure someone knows about them
