Old guy, new to forum

Hi guys,

Been lurking here for quite some time now and thought I might introduce myself. Im a diesel mechanic for the past 43 years and looking to retire soon. My interests have shifted over the years from automotive to machinery and firearms. I have a small machine shop with a lathe, 2 mills, bandsaw, grinder, and tons of tooling. I do small jobs for friends and family, but steer clear of anything too big. Maybe after I retire I'll take on more, but I'll see when the time comes. I applaud the enthusiasm of the young guys i see here and hope i can give some advice from my years of experience.

Johnny: I'm not sure i'm one of the young guys, but i got a sign saying so on my 60th from my bride.

hope you like it here as much as i do and glad you joined so you can teach us and maybe learn a few things.
