Old hand pump thoughts.

Any ideas on a manufature and time period of this pump?
Use? Industrial or residential?

Picked it up at a antique store today.
Very heavy and thick casting compared to my "Red Jacket" residential style pump hand pump.
Several parts, like center cylinder, is Brass.

No manufacturing names.
All the cast pieces have a part number stamp that ends with a "N"
