Just wanted to show some old hand tools my grand father had, he was a adding machine and typewriter repairer,

Hey TNT,

Thanks for posting those tool pictures. I have a DOE identical in form as your Royal S-14 only mine is marked:

9/64 ROYAL S-30 7/32

I never made the Royal typewriter connection but I have now frittered away almost 2 hours wandering the internet getting knowed up on typewriter mechanicing. Ah well, it's midnight, -10F outside and I wasn't going to get anything accomplished anyhow.

I like those long Royal wrenches. I have one or two myself and have wondered who made them. Three remind me of Proto but the one on he right looks different.

Any idea when they were purchased or first used?
