That's a nice set, Oldtuleguy.

I love those attache type cases. The tools flop and jumble all over the place when you carry it by the handle, but they look stylish. They were very popular in the 1920's.

Blackhawk, which never gets the design credit they deserve, did a nifty thing with the handles on their attache type cases. Rather than leave that steel wire alone, digging into the hand, they put the same rotating grips they put on their extensions, t-handles, and speeders around the case handle grip. A seemingly innocuous design decision that pulls everything - case and tools - together aesthetically.

I occasionally run across individual pieces of the old hex-drive Husky stuff, but I've never seen a complete set. Nice!

I saw it and thought it looked pretty cool. Never really had much interest in husky before. Most of it I see looks like new britain stuff. I am going to try it out on a 55 ford station wagon that got towed in today. Ratchet works good and sockets are all tight. Nice tools.

I have a Husky hex-drive speeder of about that vintage. I'll post up a pic once I locate it.
