Old lathe identification

Hi everyone, i
M pretty new here and want to follow protocol. I have an old lathe I picked up from a guy in N.J. About 15 years ago. It has two badges on it, but it looks like they were rubbed off when the guy painted it. It has a home made stand and vibrates a lot. I’m going to take it apart and see what the issue is. It is a solid piece of iron and the motor is a moose of a motor.

Rockwell wood lathe. 46-111 is the model number. Roughly 1976 vintage. There is a 22 page manual/IPB for it over on Vintagemachinery.org
