I have that same top box. It's an "MB Series." It may be easier to find information if you substitute "MAC" for "Matco" in your google searches. As far as i've found, they're the same boxes.

I wouldn't have made an offer until being there in person. And actually, that box is such a good deal for $80, I would've probably handed over four twenties and kept my mouth shut!
