A name and address will do just fine. It will keep me from spending the money to fill it up...

Same thing had me on the receiving end of some Clecos here a while back from another member. Just returning the favor. PM me the info and it will be headed your way.

Sweet! Really like the style of the emblem. Nice catch.
But no one can own something like that without filling it with the right tools....
I hope I never come across a tool board I like at a price I can afford...
I would be forced to hunt down every single tool for that board. :spit:

Elsinore13,

Do you think it is a Wrench Rack for a tool box or could it be a Store Display item?

Scott

Either or? Has a couple screw holes to attach to a wall. Came with one old rusty screw taped directly to the upper logo:shocking:

Gently peeled it off with no damage:bowdown:

It's nice find and even nicer offer to gift it. I hope Bdgjr215 took you up on that.

I am curious as there looks to be 6 slots for wrenches but there's 12 wrench sizes listed. Is it for stubbies with different wrenches up and down each side? Doubt that as it would make for some precarious balancing when mounted on a wall. Two wrenches per slot?

Combination wrench set?

Oooh, I believe 'combination wrenches' are open-end , closed -end and same size, which is what I was thinking of, but I'm sure you're right that they were probably for double box ends or some such that had different sizes on each end. Doh! Don't know what I was(n't) thinking.

I believe there were four different wrench racks like this. The may have been sold with the corresponding wrenches which were double open end wrenches and double box end wrenches hence the two different sizes per slot.

As someone above me posted, this was a sale set, complete with wrenches. If you need a specific one to finish, let me know as I have several spares for my set. The DBE one was wider, and the hard to find ones are double that size, and any combination set.

I've started with less!

What's leaning up against the right front of the trailer???

I believe it was a Rokon (MX, not the 2wd); missing the engine though as far as I know. But I do think it had some other goodies on it - going from memory here. I got the 450 Bomber from him. I'm not sure how rare those bikes are, but if you're interested I'm happy to pass it on to him!

Here's the catalog page for this style wrench stand from the 1955 Craftsman Mechanics' Tools catalog.

It appears that my stand, and the OP's, were sold with sets of either DBE wrenches or DOE wrenches. Note the wrenches are not marked with part nos.
