I can't say for certain, but it looks like a rebranded Porter Cable model 100 series.

It's definitely a rebrand of a McGraw Edison Power House 77100. 5 amp current draw, about 5/8 to 3/4 hp. They were an inexpensive router when new, parts are only available on the used market now. Would be fine for home use, not heavy duty.

If it's yours and it works well and has all the parts, use it. If you are considering buying it, it's not worth much. Maybe $15 as long as it has all the parts.
