Well, picked up a cool wall unit at a yard sale. I'm not much of a computer guy, but cant find much on it on the web. I'm guessing 1940's-1950's along with the service merchandizers that are easier to find, but the oil dispensers seem more uncommon. Anyone with information on dating this unit???? Or with literature on it? Installation / hook up instructions?

I have the matching merchandiser and I believe that they were from the late 30's early 40's time frame. That is a very nice piece of history that you have there. I'd love to find one to go with my collection.
don't know how they were hooked up but I think that they used compressed air to operate with.

Here is a shot of my unit

It came with a Graco overhead 3 reel unit, and 5 extra reels with hoses and specialty nozzles..... If I told you what I paid, you'd not sleep at night. I missed all the old neon... bit of heartbreak there.....

The guy who bought the neon probably came back 15 minutes after you left with the oil dispenser with his $$ and broke down crying that they were gone.
