The Zep powder that turns from yellow to antifreeze green when wet is what we used to use in the Exxons. It wasn't crazy great for removing oil stains that were deep into the concrete, but if you did it weekly like we did the floors stayed nice. You also have to keep in mind, the gas station floors were a much smoother/finer finish than the average home garage floor so the oil did really seep in.
