I had this in my tool box for years. It was rusty and greasy. I dumped it into my electrolysis bath, scrubbed it up and I’m not sure how to get the clip back in. I see the whole where the spring sits but cant get it back together
It looks like your clip is broken, there should be more to it. Your wrench looks almost identical to my Ridgid E14 wrench, so a spring repair kit for a Ridgid wrench might work for you. Ridgid part number 31660. To install the new clip you put the coil spring into the internal hole and then the metal clip slides down into the wrench jaw hole from the top. The bent metal finger on the metal clip will click itself into place once it is pushed down into the proper position.
