Anyone recognize the logo? It's on and old rasp and fairly worn. I tried lots of different photos; this is the clearest.

Thanks for the assist! I collect lots of old mechanics tools, but recently started collecting old woodworking tools. My knowledge of them is rather limited . . . but increased today. SO Nicholson bought Arcade? Interesting.

Woody, sorry but no story to tell except I saw it at the H4H and thought it was a good buy for two dollars! Thanks for the link, that's a really good site.
