Hello I'm new to forum, as promised here are pics of my old jack.

It has RELIABLE stamped in large letters across tin cover. it is two speed pump, and has alloy parts on handle. R4490 is stamped into machined pad by fluid res. frame sides welded together. Made in USA cast into fluid lid. 47 inches long.
I can not find anything about Reliable, if that is the brand. Do any of you identify it?

I also have a Blackhawk 67405 that needs help, and a Hein Werner GG my Dad bought in 1961 that still works perfect.

But first things first, I have been using this Reliable quite a bit, it now only raises a few inches and then gets hard to pump. Fluid will push out at ram seal if you try to pump harder. Like the whole thing is full of oil.
Do any of you recognize the manufacture? Reliable in middle.0101100113-00.jpg
