Found this the other day in my FILs toolbox. At first wasn't sure what to make of it but appears to be a heavy duty rivet tool. Wonder if this would work on 3/16 stainless rivets? Broke a "HD" rivet gun from HF first time I used it lol.

Yup. Lazy tong style.
Should work no problem on a 3/16" rivet.
