Never seen one before. Reminds me of the old Delta or Atlas drill presses.

$300 seems like a lot for that. Probably worth $150 if it works okay and is complete.

Canedy Otto made good stuff, but I agree that $300 is too high. I'd also be wary that it appears to be disassembled. You have to wonder why the owner took it apart. Is something broken?

Try the Old Wood Working Machine site. I got my DP for $65, and after the resto I will about $200 into it. That includes the blasting and motor check up.
