Old shop turned into 3 car.

Previous owner had a 12d x 24w wood shop. When I bought house 6 years ago it was my plan to turn it into my detach for the toys!!! well finally finished exterior over the fall. As you can see I put a 4' roll up on side. I will frame this out and this will be for kids bikes, toys etc.. this way no has to go through garage to get anything out.

Need to do apron/landscape and invisable driveway. Also tackle interior. Dimensions now are 24w x 36 d

I think you might get into a little trouble with the building built on top of the slab like you have it. What's to keep water from wicking up the plywood or running underneath the bottom plate. There is another thread on here pertaining to that same problem.

That's going to be cut. This is what happens when you try to build an extension when someone who built previous structure thought they were a builder. That will be addressed. Thanks for the heads up though!!
