old Snap-On 23 key holder board

I recently picked this out of an abandoned storage unit for five bucks. The part number is SPP-536. Unfortunately, it's missing almost all of the small metal hooks for the keys. Should I get in touch with SO about the hooks or just go to the hardware store? This item is discontinued.
