Old Snap On and Blue Point values

Picked these up the other day at a swap meet. I think it is pretty rare. Anybody have any insight to these? I have checked collectingsnapon.com site and best I can tell they are from the 20's. I am thinking about selling the set but dont want to get rid of it if it is extremely rare.
