What did the sand blaster charge you? I'm looking to get mine done, which is slightly smaller, but have no idea what to expect. I'm calling around today.

it's hard to say what your gonna pay,i do alot of business with my guy on stuff i can't fit in my cabinet, larger stuff. i threw him 40 bucks and he did the entire box inside and out along with all the drawers.i think he normaly gets 60 an hour to just blast.also depends on the size of the box,i had mine all broke down and ready to go.the more prep you can do,the better price you will get.no one wants to disassembale your stuff and have you complain about it later.or call them out on stuff they missed.make friends with whoever you use,it will only benefit you if you plan on staying in this game.

so i finished up another thing today, the power hook up.for the past two years i have had a 10/3 cord from my panel with a plug on it for the 220 welder.i kept that cord, and added another 20ft that will be attached to the cart.20 ft has always done me well, but there are always times i wished i had another 8 to 10 feet, now i do.only problem i'm having is finding a plug for the end of the new cord, that fits the dryer plug on the exsisting cord.

so it's finally finished up,got the holders done today and painted.i built one off of the bottle rack for the snappy and the other is off the handle to hold the 20 ft exstension.the ground lead and the gun are hung on the handle for now from the 220 welder.along with a tube to hold either gun while working.for now it's done, but i have a project coming up that will have some more 1'' tube left over,so i already have plans for the fire exstinquiser holder and a few other tool holder options.of course the drawers will hold tolls, but it's nice to have a few things out while working that are within arms reach.
