Box is 32" long, 17" deep, & 18" tall. As you can see by the pics is a little rough and missing a drawer which is no big deal as it would be going in my garage and doesn't need locked up. Guy is asking $150 which I think is high but whats it worth?

In that condition, $150 is maybe a little high, but not overly so. I'd show up with a crisp $100 bill and offer that to him-and be prepared to walk away if he tells you no.

That's one of the more desirable ones, but it's in really rough shape. Who'd treat a good box like that? Reminds me of the high school cheer leader who's now a crack *****. Hard to understand. Take a lot of time and some money to put her back together and maybe you'd never find the missing pieces. Offer $100 and walk if he doesn't take it. Maybe be glad he didn't.

No ball bearings. It is from the early 80's and is a KR537. It's hard to tell the condition of a toolbox from good photos and even harder with poor photos. If all the drawers open and close easily and it has a few dings and just missing the lock it's absolutly worth 150. If the drawers are bent and close poorly and unevenly (not just stiff slides) then it's not worth much. The fact that it's missing a drawer would drop the price for me to about 25 dollars in the condition I see. Thats would be the deal breaker

Though you say the missing drawer doesn't bother you, down the line each time you look at it it will get more bothersome. Then you'll want to find a replacement drawer; lot of effort and if you do find it you'll overpay, "just to have a complete box".

I'd keep looking as I'd say he'll be lucky to get $50 for it. Just my thoughts.....
