Old Snap-on Boxes

I had the opportunity to buy this set for $300 couldn’t be more happy, im looking for a KRA-412B side tray, 70’s or early 80’s. Any help would be appreciated.

You'll enjoy them. I work out of three old friction slide boxes. It's good the young pups think they're garbage so we old dogs can buy them for cheap.

FWIW, none of my three stacks came with your WTB side tray. They were fragile when used commercially.

I wouldn’t want to pay 100.00 for a matching era tray and taco it! I want the 3 drawer middle box Also

So I I found one on eBay, I paid too much for it but I wanted it to match the year of production to the other 2 boxes.
so I want to refinish this side tray, strip all paint, wet sand, paint, any tips on fefinishing? It seems to be pretty straight.

Well, the one above is in better shape than the one I have, which looks like someone spilled battery acid on, but I am glad you found one that works!
