Old Snap on Tools. Questions

Hi

I have this old SO stuff. any ideas on what this stuff is, and what came in the box?
First off, Old snap on box
The back Says:
KRA-111
SNAP-ON TOOLS CORP.
KENOSHA WISC. USA 67

any Ideas what year? what come in the box?

And second,

An old snap on small engine valve lifter
I Honestly know nothing about this. and this tool smells like Carb dip, and the smell will not come off.
any info on this one?

67 on the box here is a date chart, you can get it free from google and print it out for your future references.

The valve tool is a valvespring compressor for lawnmower L-heads...screw goes on top of valve, hook end pulls up the spring so keeper can be removed and lost. The only way to get carb dip smell off is to dip the thing in even nastier carb dip to upgrade the smell.

thanks makes sence thats a small valve springs.. i have tried cleaning it with solvent but its the box, the ad the paper thing that holds the other jaw and the tool it self that stink. I dont want to Ruin the box or ad with carb did, but i will try cleaning it with carb dip.

The chart is for hand tools, that are marked. The box has a date stamp on it, visable in the picture, USA 67, most S/O boxes have this.
