old snap on. what is it?

this was in an old toolbox full of tools i bought at an estate auction. i think it's a screwdriver? anybody know anything about it? i have never seen anything like it. snap on V-21-E looks to be from the 50's?

i know someone here will know about it:thumbup:

Its mine, cough.

It is a valve adjustment tool, you put the correct size socket on it for the licknut of the valve and you can loosen the locknut and then turn the other part to adjust the valve.

I have been searching for a decent priced one on eBay for a while so if you wanna sell it let me know.

southcoast mudder i probably will sell it, i have no use for it even though its a cool old tool.

[email protected]I'm new to this site and I have an old snap on push thru ratchet, look's like the f-7 from 1929, but I think it maybe older, since it say's patent applied for, milwaukee,usa. on both side's, I have pic's but don't know how to post them, it's in excellent shape for it's age, any help will be appreciated, Bill
