Old TIGER socket ?

Does anyone know anything about Tiger sockets? I have an old socket 1/2" drive 31/32" part # 4031. Its a 12 pt short socket. Its an old tool my father had. Thanks..

The old Tiger tools were from the late 1930s to early 1940s and were related to Vlchek.

There is an Asian based Tiger Tools but is not related to the old.

Found this too. The Gamble-Skogmo Corporation operated a chain of retail stores as Gamble's Auto Stores. These stores offered a selection of tools, and in the 1940s the socket sets were easily recognized as S-K production. Gamble's used the brands Tiger Tools and Artisan for its mechanic's tools.
