old tire machine repair

i have an old tire machine my friend gave me that needs a new diafram. i am not sure where to look for replacing it or repairing.

any suggestions?

If you cannot find the part it looks like tbe sort of thing you could make out of an old inner tube.

Without seeing the rest of the machine, I'm not sure, but could you adapt an air brake pot off a semi?
