That speed indicator looks immaculate. Is it Starrett or Lufkin? I'm not sure but that could bring some decent money on Ebay given it's condition. That's my favorite style of file for sharpening lawn and garden tools but I don't recall ever seeing one that was tapered like that.

Its a Brown & Sharp. My grandpa used it at work, so it probably wont ever be for sale while Im alive.
