Old Toolbox Identification

There is a vintage toolbox listed in my area, but I don't recognize the features. The only defining markings are a stamping in the lid. Shows an oval with 2 lines leaving at tangents to the top and bottom.

It most likely would have had a label or sticker in the empty oval, but it is long gone. The beige paint seems to be original.

I’m no expert by any means but by reading a lot of toolbox posts and the garage sale thread I would guess it’s a Huot brand box. Other experts on here might have a more definitive answer.
