Regarding shrinkage: on ebay do EVERYTHING with 100% integrity (ship next day, list everything as clear as possible, etc) and you won't have trouble with tools. Tool buyers tend to be pretty honest. I've had to do about 1-2% refunds, half of which were times I didn't find a problem that existed. It happens so infrequently that its not any issue. Just be organized (send the right tool to the right guy) and on the up and up.
