Old USMC cutting torch identification

I bought this cutting torch from craigslist along with another airco torch two brand new still in the shrink wrap harris regulators and 100 ft of hose for 150$. i have looked all over the torch for numbers or a name and cant find much that looks origional. Ive also tried online looking at pictures trying to find a similar style. I will bring it to my local shop to have them go through it before it gets used but i wanted to figure out the brand beforehand. The only thing that is says is right above the cutting lever is USMC EAST and then a serries of numbers 267a95779 i think. They all look like there hand stamped and not factory because there not straight or evenly space. It is aproximately 20 in long it is in pretty good condition and i would like to use it if possible because it has a nice ballance and it works really smooth.
