Old Vise identification

OK I give up. I cannot find the make of this old machinist vise. Any help is appreciated

Can't see much.

Search but can't find anything. Has a stamped F on one side. Can't read the insignia on the other.

Gonna guess it was made in PA. There were a few different forges with the word "Keystone" in their name. I can't come up with anything about the "F" casting mark.

It's a Holllands
