I found this and the "hook" and oil can at a garage/estate sale for $33.00. I think it was sitting outside in the dirt, as it took a few washes to clean it enough and it started to work. It is a Walker 716. It is missing a wheel, hope someone will help me locate one at least similar (it's a 3/4" shaft, 4" diameter, and about 1 1/2" wide. Maybe someone has something that might work) I plan on taking it apart and derusting it and repainting it. My summer is about over in Wisconsin, so it will wait til next year.

Wow! I'd say that desires a "you ****" meaning I wish I had seen it first. :)

I'm guessing it is late 20s or early 30s for Model A Fords and the like. Good luck on the restoration.

Try McMaster-Carr Supply for the wheel. If they have the size you may have to change both wheels to make them match.
