Old Walker jack...would you buy it?

This jack is about an hour and 45 minutes from me. I recently took my Chinese 3.5 ton to work, and that is where it will stay. I drive a Suburban, so fuel the cost will be significant to grab this, but it looks like a relative bargain. And...are the rebuild parts available?

Yes!!!! It's definitely worth 100 bucks. Not sure about parts but pretty sure they can be rebuilt.

If it works like it should, no leaks, no missing parts --> I'd be on my way right now

Works, complete, but leaks a bit --> Still go for it.

Doesn't work at all, complete --> Possibly, I would consult with resident jack expert "Hiball" first though.

I don't see the top cover...make sure you ask if it's up on a shelf somewhere. I'd buy it either way.

Grabbed it yesterday morning...turned out to be a 2 ton but whatever. It has a minor leak, but the action is very good. Anybody have an idea of the vintage?

The guy also had an old Snap-on box that I might get later.
