Old Wrench ID

I have this old wrench I can't ID it's 5/8x1/2 and has some sort of shield mark and what looks like a "24" cast into it. Any ideas?

Practiced, it seems there are some very common ones out there ad I hunt for a few very specific rustball wrenches.

Common doesn't mean bad or useless, just far easier to make complete sets.

Use it if you can, still a lot of life left in them to use up.

I hit the local auction barn for box lots. I've always been pretty lucky finding quality tools from the golden age of American manufacturing. I'm starting to have the problem of duplicates of duplicates, but never complete sets of one brand. I often give those to friends and yong kids who are in need. Having mechanical skills and the tools for them are a dying art.

Pre '21 Armstrong, one
Barcalo convex style, short 3 to complete
British Eagle brand, 3 of six

There are more interesting things in the collection but most I will only want one or two examples.

I did complete the Fukung whitworth set and that was amazing.
