Old wrenches identification, mostly USA made

At the beginning I was looking some infos on net about WGB DIN895 wrench and about WGB factory and its history. On ebay I have seen a lot old USA made wrenches. I have never heard for lot of them! I will post pics of them and if you can tell me something about them. I am interested in quality of wrenches, interesting infos about history of the tool and the factory. What is happening today with that factory?
I will post wrench by wrench.

First one would seem to be Yugo from Yugoslavia...neither car nor country survive.
