Older 450 sq ft garage epoxy options?

I have an older garage that is not super level but that has been diamond ground and ready for epoxy or polyurea. What Is the best thing I can do for ~$600 with flakes for a 450 sq ft floor? Also has a step up ledge around the perimeter. I suppose you just paint the vertical with a brush. Location is HOUSTON, TX.
