Picked up a Craftsman 1/2” Impact over the weekend. Was cheap enough and figured it’d be an inexpensive upgrade over my 20 year old Chinese no name. It’s an 875.199940, made in Japan. Anybody know much about torque specs, age, overall quality, etc? I tried searching the web but did not find much info. Thanks in advance,

picture?

Sear's part numbers are usually meaningless.

However, it has been more than awhile since Sears sold an Impact Wrench made in Japan.

I'll guess it's a "70's" era -

OEM Code 875 = Florida Pneumatic

I saw an online listing that didn't have a picture but said manufactured in 1999. Based on that link it's hard to tell.
