This isn't the usual Home Depot stuff, much heavier built that that.
I'm trying to set it up but for the life of me I can't figure out how the inverted V-shaped front to back support from the cross pieces goes in. The two in the picture I got in by much beating, swearing and bending. Pretty sure it's not supposed to be that way.

Anybody done these before?

I have very similar racks at the shop but I dont think they have that type of cross supports. I will take a look in the AM. Some of that old school shelving does take some beating to get it together at times.

Mine have a different type of support. Wonder if you could widen the slots a little and make them a sloppier fit to get them in easier ? Mine have shallower supports that just sit on a ledge. Much simpler.

I have some racks that look just like yours. I put the "V" shaped cross piece in on its side, then rotate it upright. I then use a rubber mallet to move it to the right location and square it up. It does make a lot of noise, but should go without too much force.

I got a reply back from Edsal and they said the exact same thing you said.
Bigger hammer and pry bar time!

Thanks all
