Older floor jack ?

Picked up my first long frame jack today. Paid C$50.00. There is no identifying marks and the only numbers I can find are on the saddle; B13606. It has a low of 4 3/4" and a high of 35". Any help identifying would be appreciated.

Bump. Hoping someone can help me identify this jack or tell me how to figure out what I need to rebuild it. It slowly loses height when loaded.

Just make sure you chock those wheels if you go to full extension
