Hello,

I have these tiles in a garage which was used by a car guy, he had an awesome old E Type plus a bit more sporty 911.😛

Anyway, I do not see any markings or numbers.

Can anyone identify these?

Autsch, welcome to the site and coming to the rescue right away.

Can you help me with a brand name?

Since nothing comes up when searching for penny tiles that even remotely looks what I have but my search skills are not what they used to be

Thank you.

I would guess either rubber or vinyl - if they're flexible, asbestos is doubtful, but easy enough to send them off for testing. Truthfully, if they've been down for a while and they're glued, I'd be more concerned about asbestos in the adhesive.

I promise you there is no asbestos in those tiles. Why are you so intent on figuring out exactly the brand of the tile? They look like they've been down there since Clinton was President and you aren't going to get replacements or any trim pieces at this point. Either clean it up and get more use out of it or throw it in a dumpster. Worrying about exactly what it is is pointless.

They are flexible, not glued down and interlock.

The garage will be cleaned out and the plan was to reuse the tiles.

Since there will be changes to the layout I was wondering if these were common tiles and replacements can be ordered.

Thank you for the replies.

My guess is if you take them out, hit them with some degreaser and powerwash them, they'll look like 90% new.
