I recently aquired a 12" radial arm saw, which is currently wired for 115v and l'd like to rewire for 230v. Here's a pic of the saw

I'm okay with most basic home/shop electrical, but sometimes get a bit cross-eyed on mag starters, motor controls and such.

My confusion seems to be due to a start capacitor I don't see in any of the wiring diagrams. The capacitor has a black wire labeled T5 and white wire unlabeled. In both the motor cover diagram and a diagram from the manual, pics below, they show T5 going to a red wire in both 115 and 230 schemes. For 115 they show T2/T4/white and T3/P2 and for 230 they show T2/T3, T4/white and P2 alone?

On my current set up, which does work on 115, it is P2/T3, T4/T5/white and the red wire is solo and capped and I can't find a T2, here's a pic

As noted, the T5 in my current set up goes to one side of the start capacitor, again it shows up in the pic above.

What I'm confused with, is since I don't have a T2 and T5 is NOT tied to the red wire, what would be a safe bet on rewiring for 230?

Here's a pic of the LVC control box, my actual wiring and the box cover diagram. It seems pretty straight forward that I'd only have to move the wire on the transformer from 115 to 230, would you agree?

Sorry if the pics are a bit overboard, but I thought more info is better than not.

Thanks in advance for any help.
