Older Snap On box identification

Recently picked this up from marketplace and trying to id it. I looked on the back but didnt see any numbers. Am I looking in the wrong place?
I found a receipt in the box that shows kra59xx, when I google it matches the top box. Just trying to date it and the year?

I would like to restore it I was thinking of looking for a chemical dipper and powder coat it so its like new.

Looks like late 70's to me. The topper looks like a KRA-59C. I use mine nearly every day and I'm the original owner which explains why it's in such shabby condition.

You should find date and serial number on the back upper right hand corner of the roller.
