Older Snap-on Box on CL

I'm being seriously tempted by this. I don't need it, per se, but it just looks so nice! So, what is it? I'm expecting friction slides and a gas shock lid, maybe from the early 90's? Is it worth his asking price?

I think its a good deal. there was someone down here asking like 900 for that same box a few weeks ago on cl. offer him 400 and if he doesnt bite then give him the 450. I wish I could find a deal on a nice box around here ive got tax money to burn!

...just kidding, it is close, but I'm not really in the market for a Snap On chest. It looks like a good deal, but I'd start off closer to half of what they are asking.
I just got a tool chest & tools yesterday for half of what they were asking...cash talks!
