Oldie but newbie

Greetings to all of you here in Garage Journal. First posting, so I guess this is where you ring a bell or give the horn a squeeze. I'm located here in SW Michigan. No snow here but other parts of the state are getting their first significant coverage of the season. Just finishing a major garage/barn project that started last May. Been thinking about it for several years and finally hit the start button. Mostly just me and myself. 24 X 32 with 10/12 pitch. Finished it off craftsman style and I'm very happy with how it turned out. I don't have pics to show yet, but will follow up soon. I'm still feeling my way around this site, so if I accidently bump into you or screw something up just figure it's that new guy over there in Michigan. So hello to all !!! I look forward to sharing and learning from you.

Thanks, buckeye guy. I was looking around for your name, but no can find. We have family living in Dayton at present, but they are moving back here to W. MI to start a new job in GR. I'm a MSU fan and have little liking for U of M. Does that cheeer you a bit?
